At First Backup your All Impotent Data like Contact, message, Videos etc. After Hard Reset All Data Will be lost.
For Hard Reset Battery Charge Need 70% UP
1. Turn Off Your Device First And Remove battery and reinsert.

2. Now Press And Hold Volume Down Key and Power key Together until Show Logo on Screen.

3. After Few Second show Android Recovery Menu. Than use Volume Down Key To Select "Wipe Data/factory Reset" Press Power key To Confirm. 

4. Than Select Volume Key To "Yes-- delete all user data" again Press Power key.

5. After Finish Factory Reset Process Select "reboot System Now" Press power Key To Confirm.

Done.
Warning : Don't Forget Backup your all data. After hard Reset All Data Will Be Wipe.
