at first back your all data on your sd card, backup your contact number on your sim card remove sim and memory card.
make sure your smart phone battery is not empty.
1. turn off your phone. if phone is hang remove battery and reinsert.
2. Now press and hold volume Up + Home + Power Key To Turn On Your Device.
3. when show logo on screen Release all keys .
4. after few second show recovery menu use volume down key to scroll and select wipe data/ factory reset Power key to confirm.
5. now again use volume down key to select yes-- delete all user data press power key.
6. After finish it chose Reboot System Now wait few second device will be auto restart.
