First Backup Your All Data. After Hard Reset All Data Will Be Lost.
For Hard Reset Make Sure Your Smart Phone Battery Charge is 70% UP
1. Make Sure Your Device is turn Off.
2. Press and Hold Volume Up + Power Key To Turn On Your Device.
3. When Show logo On Screen Relase All keys.
4.Now Select reset/wipe all data Press Power Key Confirm
5. use volume down key to scrool and select Yes-- wipe all user data agin press power key
After finish this select reboot system now
