1. First Press and Hold together Volume down + Power Key To Turn ON Your Device.

2. than press volume down key to show recovery menu.

3. than press power key to show red color exclamation Mark 

4. Now use volume key to scroll and select Wipe data /Factory Reset Power key to confirm

5. Than chose this option Yes--Delete all User Data Again press Power Key
