Hard Reset/factory Reset All Data Will be Lost. At First Backup Your All impotent Data. For Hard Reset Battery Charge need 60% Up. make sure your device battery is not empty. 1.Turn OFF Your Device. 2. Press and hold volume Up + Power Key To Turn On Your Device. When Show logo On Screen release all keys.

 2. Press and hold volume Up + Power Key To Turn On Your Device. When Show logo On Screen release all keys.

 3.After Few Second Show recovery menu Use Volume Down key To Select "wipe data/factory reset" Scroll And Power key To Confirm.

 4. Than Slelect "Yes--Delete all User Data" press power key again.

 5. After finish this process Select Reboot system now
