For Hard Reset Make Sure Your Smart Phone Battery is Not Empty. Don't Forget Backup Your All Data than reset your device. hard Reset/factory reset data will be wipe so you should backup your all data like contact number, message, photos, videos etc.
1. Press Power key To Turn Off Your Call phone Than remove battery and put again.
