Don't Forget Backup Your All Impotent Data than hard reset your device. after hard reset all data will be lost.
1. At First Press Power Key To Turn Off your device and remove sim card and memory card.
2. Than press and hold volume down + Power Key To turn On Your Device.
3. After Few Second Show Android Recovery menu Use Volume Down key to Scroll and select this option "wipe data/factory reset" Pressing power key to confirm.
4. than select "Yes -- delete all user data" Pressing Power Key Will be done.
5. This is last step select "reboot system now" again use volume key to scroll and power key to confirm.
